This seems as good a place as any to kick off our list because it’s the perfect budget joint to visit. This cafe is the ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and they have the menu to allow it as well. Check out the New York Strip steak for just $10, or the chicken quesadilla for around under $6; a veritable bargain!
Blaze Pizza, 6211 N Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89130

This is the ideal place to come if you’re a fan of pizza (and who isn’t, right?). The pizza is prepared quickly and tastes delicious, and the value for money is just ridiculous as well. Thin crust, made to order pizza for under $8 is something you simply can’t pass up. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a cheap and quick way of enjoying a tasty dinner this is perfect.
Tacos el Gordo, 1724 E Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

To be honest, these guys had me at tacos, and what tacos they are! This place is open late, which makes it the ideal dinner joint, especially if you need to soak up some of the party juice you’ve had earlier. The tacos are, in my humble opinion, the best in the whole of Vegas! Sure, they may only offer pork or beef options, but they’re so good that it scarcely matters!
Breakfast & Grill Cafe, 4550 S Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas NV 89119
Price Range: Cheap
This excellent establishment has tasty food at budget prices – it’s popular with the students! You can get a hamburger for $3.99 and a breakfast burrito for less than $5.00! It also has a great location, so you can pop in easily and still manage to get anywhere in the city you need to afterwards.
Luke’s Lobster, Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109
Price Range: Affordable
Luke’s Lobster may not, at a glance, seem like the sort of place you can get cheap food, but it’s about what you choose. This lovely seafood place can be found in Fashion Show Mall, so it’s the ideal place to visit while you’re taking a break from a little retail therapy. The shrimp roll, for $10, is a personal favourite, and one of their signature dishes.
Casino Royale & Hotel, 3411 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109
Price Range: Very Cheap
Okay, so this makes the list more for the cheap beer than the cheap food, but beer matters too! How else are you supposed to combat that Vegas heat than with some delicious ice cold beer?! Well, how about checking out the Michelob here for just $1, or the Coors Light on tap for as little as $0.75?!

Price Range: Cheap
Fancy a combination of Mexican and Chinese?! If so, head here, and check out the cheap tacos they sell. Bypass the more expensive dishes and go for the delicious and unique tacos. Personally, I went for the beef tongue with salsa for $6.00, but there is also a delicious chicken and chorizo one available for around $5.50.
Coronado Cafe, 9777 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89183
Price Range: Cheap
This wonderful cafe is the perfect place to deal with those late-night hunger pains – they are open 24-hours. There is a huge variety of stuff on offer, such as short stack buttermilk pancakes for $5.45 if you want breakfast. There is a delicious turkey wrap for $9.95 that would be perfect for lunch. But, the real bargains start with the late night dining where you can get a cheeseburger and fries for under $4.00!
Ellis Island BBQ, 4178 Koval Lane, Las Vegas NV 89109
Price Range: Cheap
Ellis Island BBQ is a must-stop dinner joint in the city and has some of the finest BBQ food I’ve ever tried. The ribs are literally to die for, and the steak is succulent and tender as well. The best thing about this place is the value for money – you can get a steak dinner for under $10, perfect if you’re dining on a budget.
Earl of Sandwich, 3667 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109
Price Range: Cheap
As you might have gathered from the title, this place is a sandwich establishment. The proclaim themselves the makers of the world’s greatest hot sandwich. Now, I’m not sure if I 100% would agree with that, but these bank balance friendly sandwiches are certainly excellent, not to mention being incredibly cheap as well.
Greenberg’s Deli, 379 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

If you’re looking for somewhere that allows you to pick up some lovely (huge) lunch on the move, this deli is definitely the place for you. The corned beef is one of the most popular choices here, and I can validate that popularity. The food is cheap, delicious and just the right amount to keep you going until dinner time.
Fat Tuesday, 3663 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

Fat Tuesday is the perfect place to visit with a group of friends. They do the basic sorts of food, like burgers, which are tasty and good value for money. However, the main reason to go here is for the daiquiris. The slushie cocktails are particularly good – they are tasty, cheap, and will set you up for the night ahead!
Evel Pie, 508 Fremont Street, Las Vegas NV 89101

This place is hugely popular among the locals, not least because they offer excellent value and delicious food. It’s one of the more basic pizza joints in the city, and you’ll be unlikely to get a seat unless you get there early as it’s very small. However, it is well worth a visit anyway, and you can get a slice of delicious pizza, and a beer for around $5.
Monta Noodle House, 5030 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas NV 89146

Don’t worry, I hadn’t finished with the tasty Asian options, and here is another one for the list. Monta Noodle House provides huge helpings of amazing oriental cuisine at budget prices, and this makes it a must for anyone wanting Japanese food in Vegas. The place is small, and there’s usually a line, but trust me, it’s well worth the wait.
Feast Buffet, Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV 89121

Check out this place and the buffet deals they are offering. You’ll have to be playing at the casino to be able to take advantage of this, but it’s actually well worth it. Breakfast costs just $6.99, while lunch will set you back $7.49, and dinner $8.99 – $10.99. This ranks among the cheapest buffet options in Vegas and is a great way of filling up to get your money’s worth.
In-N-Out Burger, 2900 W Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89102

Who says chains can’t provide you with delicious, good value food. Hamburgers are one of the cornerstone’s of the American diet, and these are particularly good in that respect. In-N-Out Burger is one of the best fast food burger joints I’ve been to, in fact, I would even rank it above Five Guys. Have the cheeseburger, it’s a classic, and wash it down with a strawberry milkshake.

As concepts go, sushi burritos have got to be a stroke of genius. It might sound weird at first, but trust me, you NEED to try these out. The food is delicious and pretty unique, and that’s one of the things I love about it. It’s affordable cuisine, and perfect if you want to have lunch or dinner with a bit of a difference.
Phat Phrank’s Mexican Food, 4850 W Sunset Road, Las Vegas NV 89118

This smart and modern restaurant is a wonderful choice if you fancy some Mexican for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is excellent for the price you pay, and they have a good range of stuff to choose from. The seating area is small, so it’s not ideal for a sit-down meal, but perfect if you want to grab something tasty and be on your way.
Francesco’s Pizzeria, 3300 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

Another excellent pizza parlour in the city for enjoying some delicious pizza slices. This place is perfect to visit if you’re hungry and is an ideal lunch stop during a day out. You can get a slice with one topping for around $5, so it’s perfect for a swift budget lunch before getting back to your day.
Salvadoreno Restaurante, 720 N Main Street, Las Vegas NV 89101

Salvadoreno has been serving the city of Las Vegas since 1987 and remains a firm favourite among the locals here. I can’t recommend the pork pupusas enough, they are delicious and incredibly cheap (only around $1.75 – $2). It’s a place I discovered entirely by mistake, but will certainly be going back again.
Viva Las Arepas, 1616 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89104

This amazing, authentic Venezuelan place is literally just a tiny pop up, and a total hidden gem. Don’t be fooled by its underwhelming appearance, the food is exquisite, cheap, and there’s lots of it too. Try the shredded beef (add cheese, obviously) for $6.00, it will be the best $6 you spend on your trip.
Vickie’s Diner, 1700 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89104

Vickie’s is one of those classic American diners that you see in the movies. It has attentive staff, hearty, delicious food, and incredible value. Their menu is perfect, and there is plenty of seating inside as well. Situated close to Downtown Las Vegas, this is the perfect place to visit for an authentic American mealtime experience.
Pop Up Pizza, 1 S Main Street, Las Vegas NV 89101

Yes, it’s another pizza place, so sue me, okay?! This joint does delicious pizza slices for a very reasonable price. It’s a smart, funky establishment, and will be popular with the kids, should you choose to take the family there. Slices come in at around $3.50, with whole pizzas available from around $15 – perfect.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 3663 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

Wings, wings, wings! We all love wings, right? Well, I most certainly do, so it’s important for you to pay a visit here. They have amazing wings and a good selection of beer to wash them down with. The best thing is you can customise your own wings and get precisely the sauce you want – ideal for those who don’t like it too hot.
Fuddruckers, 4500 W Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89103

Fuddruckers is an excellent late-night joint, and one you can visit to make your money go a little further. The buffalo burgers are incredible, but, fair warning, they might ruin all other burgers for you! Whether you’re coming here for breakfast, or a later meal, there is plenty to choose from within your budget.
Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe, 3200 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV

When you’re facing off with a day of shopping in the malls, you need to take a break. And, there’s no better place to take a lunch break than the Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe. There are plenty of different dishes you could order here, but I would suggest you go for the tomato and basil soup. It’s cheap ($4.95), hot, and tasty, and just what you need after a few hours in the mall!
Paris Baguette, 3377 Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89109

Okay, so Vegas can’t bring Paris to you, but it can do the next best thing. This wonderful cafe is tucked away in Mark’s Square and provides some of the best breakfast options in the city. Their menu is enough to make the taste buds salivate; have one of the smoothie bowls, you’ll thank me later.
Aloha Specialties Restaurant, 12 East Ogden Avenue, Las Vegas NV 89101

An incredible Hawaiian-Polynesian restaurant, specialising in exactly the sort of cuisine enjoyed by islanders. It’s a trendy, smart establishment that is perfect for kids and families, and the food is wonderful. You get good portion sizes, and the combo plates are a personal favourite of mine.
Cafe Bottega, 255 E Flamingo Road, Tuscany Casino, Las Vegas NV 89169

This cafe is the perfect place to help kick start your day in the casino. You have an array of excellent pastries and bread to choose from, not to mention some excellent coffee as well. The coffee cake and a large filter coffee are the perfect decadent breakfast, and one you should treat yourself to!
Mary’s Hash House, 2605 S Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas NV 89102

Has House is one of those places that will keep you coming back for more time and again. There are a lot of different dishes on offer here, and the price is really low as well. The Monte Cristo sandwich is an excellent choice if you’re in there for lunch, and the brisket hash is pretty awesome as well!
